Description

We are looking for an experienced Medical Sales professional to join the Top Mobile Vascular Access Company in the Western US. Maintain and grow existing client relationships in the Southern CA and San Diego markets while identifying potential new growth opportunities and partnerships within our customer base of Acute Care Hospitals, LTAC’s, Pharmacies, Skilled Nursing Facilities, Home Health Agencies, and Hospice Agencies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain sales territory through face-to-face customer interactions in effort to grow services by strengthening customer relationships.
  • Make priority to see every target customer within the Southern CA territory at least one time per month.
  • Review accounts through data analytic tools to create routing schedules and identify growth opportunities for existing customers and new potential clients.
  • Review accounts, sell new services to existing accounts and convert new accounts to high level service users. May also be responsible for new account installation.
  • Conduct regular status and strategy meetings with customers to understand their needs and link them to the organization's service offerings.
  • Update account activities within SalesForce CRM software regularly.
  • Submit Weekly Activity Report (WAR) to VP Sales & Marketing.
  • Increase revenue and utilization of services per account.
  • Attend Local, Regional, and National Trade Shows to support customers and marketing to potential new clients and supplier partners.

Education, Experience and Skills

Required Education and Experience*

  • Bachelor’s degree in disciplines related to sales, marketing, business and at least 2 years of quota-based sales experience.
  • Demonstrating a background in cold calling, commissioned, full-cycle sales experience.

Additional

  • Intermediate skill level in all Microsoft Applications: Outlook, Excel, Word, Power Point, Access, and Teams.
  • Valid Driver’s License
